Emergency Assistance: Caixa releases last withdrawal from the program this Friday

Caixa Econômica Federal releases the last withdrawal of the 7th installment of the Emergency Aid, this Friday (19th). Thus, the Federal Government finalized payment for the program created last year to serve the population affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This Friday (19), those born in December can withdraw their money at any Caixa branch.

The amount changes depending on the family composition and varies between R$150 (one person), R$250 (more than one person) and R$375 (woman, adult, without a partner).

How to withdraw emergency aid?

1 – At any Caixa Econômica Federal ATM, select “Emergency Aid Withdrawal”;

2 – Enter your CPF and confirm;

3 – Enter the six-number code generated in the Caixa Tem application and confirm;

4 – Choose a value and press “enter”.

How to generate the code in Caixa Tem:

1 – In the application’s digital savings, select withdrawal and inform the amount;

2 – A code will be generated – write it down to be used at an ATM or Lottery Homes unit.

According to the Ministry of Citizenship, between 2020 and 2021, R$293.1 billion were paid to almost 68 million people. Families with a total monthly income of up to three minimum wages, with an income per person of less than half the minimum wage, received the benefit.
