In just 24 hours, social networks have been filled with messages questioning Elisa Mouliaá’s complaint against Íñigo Errejón. The actress has ended up coming out in the face of comments that question why she has filed a complaint now, why she went to her house or why she was not with her daughter if she had a fever.
“To clarify messages to the Neanderthals who say that I should be at my house with my daughter and husband on a Saturday in September: a woman can go out partying with her friends if she wants, whenever she wants and without being judged, whether or not she has husband, we are in 2024,” Mouliaá responded.
The case once again highlights the difficulty of women reporting and the consequences that this has for those who do so. “Your comments are disgusting,” replied Mouliaá, whose complaint is already in the hands of a Madrid court that must decide whether to open proceedings against the former politician.
In her Twitter messages, the actress has withdrawn that “it was all invasive and uncomfortable” in the situation she experienced with Íñigo Errejón and has reiterated the accusation that she already made to the Police. “I was excited about Íñigo, I had him on a pedestal… I thought it could be a beautiful love story, but instead of meeting something romantic I found a person who all he wanted was to touch my body and put his hand in me. language”.
The complaint filed on Thursday night, to which elDiario.es had access, states that the events she describes occurred without her consent and that she felt “paralyzed.” “Do you feel like a victim of a sexual crime?” the agents asked her, to which she responded yes, as stated in the statement. Mouliaá’s is the only complaint that has reached the court, although there are other women who point out the former politician for his behavior towards them.
