In 2018, the “first death in the world due to e-cigarettes” declared in the United States caused a sensation and to date, American health institutions have reported a disturbing series of cases of serious lung diseases and dozens of deaths. All, according to the US authorities, linked to the use of e-cig: the subjects in question were in fact all vaporizers, in many cases young and mostly had used products containing vitamin E acetate and tetrahydrocannabinol (Thc, psychoactive substance in cannabis) .
