The Municipal Board of El Palmar announced this Wednesday that the residents of the Murcian district will have the opportunity to give a warm welcome to Silvia Lloris next Friday, September 2, after proclaiming herself champion of the sub-20 world with the Spanish team. The appointment will be at 8:00 p.m. in the garden of Avenida Primero de Mayo, next to the Gloria Fuertes school.
And it is well deserved for the young central defender, only 18 years old, since she completed a brilliant summer: in just a month and a half she has been proclaimed champion of Europe and the world, a double only within the reach of chosen athletes. This Friday, Silvia and her neighbors will have the opportunity to meet again, this time with two gold medals hanging around the soccer player’s neck.
