The streets of Avellaneda woke up with very explicit posters against the Colombian.

Edwin Cardona does not have a good time in Argentina. The soccer player from Antioquia, who is part of Racing de Avellaneda, suffered an injury in March and has not been able to have great games.

In recent days the fans of his own club whistled at him during a game. Now, as it has been known on the Internet, the rage would have gone out of tune: Threatening messages against Cardona took the streets of Avellaneda.

‘Stop stealing, bye Cardona’

As published by the newspaper Olé this Sunday, in some places near the headquarters of Racing, posters appeared that literally say: “”Stop stealing, bye Cardona”.

The threatening posters are signed by ‘Pueblo de Racing’. There is still no clarity about its authorship.

Racing plays this Sunday, at 4 pm, against Aldosivi, for date five of Argentine soccer. Cardona is among those summoned.
