In the spring, people brought candles to the steps of the Parliament House in memory of the victim of Koskela’s death.


Helsinki District Court sentenced three boys born in 2004 to long prison terms for the murder of their 16-year-old peer in Koskela last December. Judgments ranged from more than eight years to more than ten years, depending on the involvement of the perpetrators.
