“Economically negative period” but 4.4 million in profits: what the balance sheets of Chiara Ferragni’s company reveal

Chiara Ferragni’s company’s balance sheets: 4.4 million in profits in 2023

The pandoro-gate did not affect the balance sheets of Tbs Crew, Chiara Ferragni’s company which closed 2023 with a profit of 4.44 million.

However, the first months of 2024 were marked by “a sharp drop in revenues and a substantial reduction in new commercial initiatives”: this is what emerges from the company’s report viewed by theAdnkronos.

With reference to the Pandoro-gate and the consequences that ensued, the report underlines: “The negative events that occurred in the second half of December 2023 necessarily extended the negative repercussions also in 2024, which suffered a sharp drop in activity”.

According to the document, to date “it is difficult to make an economic forecast for the second half of 2024, given the period of strong uncertainty regarding the resumption of activities”.

However, “it has been assessed that, despite the economically negative period, at a financial level the company appears to be able to meet its commitments expiring in the 2024 financial year”.

In 2023, the company “confirms the positive trend of previous years, with increased results in both the Talent Management division and in strategic marketing and communication consultancy for various fashion and lifestyle brands”.

“In light of an increase in the value of production in 2023 equal to 19.03% compared to 2022, there is however a substantial maintenance of the operating result and a slight decline in net profit” it continues.

Tbs Crew, as mentioned, closed 2023 with a profit of 4.44 million, slightly down from the 5.13 million of the previous year. A decline due to “the extraordinary costs incurred for sanctions imposed by the Guarantor Authorities, allocations of funds for risks and charges of a significant amount operated on a prudential basis and finally for donations made amounting to 1,150,000 euros in favor of hospital facilities and entities that pursue civic, solidarity and social utility purposes”.
