Google has suffered a final defeat before the highest European court. The tech giant gave its own price comparison service an illegal advantage and thus abused its dominant market position, the judges at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) decided, thereby confirming a competition fine of 2.4 billion euros imposed by the EU Commission.
