The melodies of the game will be deeper than in the first installment and will evolve according to our actions.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human proposes us to feel again the tension in our body with an adventure of brutality, decisions and survival among zombies that we had more information about a few days ago. And, to further increase those sensations in the player, what better way than to present a unique and immersive soundtrack that has required a long time of work. And that is why Techland, the developer company, has released a short documentary about creating the game’s main melody.
The soundtrack was recorded at the iconic UK Abbey Road StudiosAt the end of the day, we are not talking about a small production, since the music of Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been recorded in Abbey Road Studios, famous in the UK for being used by The Beatles, Pink Floyd and U2, among other artists. Therefore, Techland proposes us to see his documentary ‘Run, Jump, Fight‘and dive into the experience of his next title with the first encounter with his soundtrack, which will evolve according to the decisions we make in the game.
In this sense, ‘Run, Jump, Fight’ shows some of the most characteristic aspects of the recording of the soundtrack of Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which was altered for the coronavirus prevention measures and, therefore, the team had to come up with curious ways to continue production. A documentary that mixes talents from London, Paris and Los Angeles to compose the melody of an adventure that will put us on alert.
The documentary can already be seen via YouTube and has a very short duration, so it can be viewed in a moment. As for the game itself, recently we learned new details about its proposal, such as its tendency to make us improvise to survive. An adventure that, although it suffered a delay and ended up dating for the February 4, 2022, has us in awe since its demo at E3 2019.
