Ducati’s sustainable mobility range expands with the arrival of Futa All Road, a pedal-assisted gravel bike derived from the Borgo Panigale road e-bike. Designed for long journeys on both asphalt and dirt roads, it is available in four sizes, from S (53) to XL (59) with a price of 7,690 euros. The new Ducati Futa All Road will be available starting from June.
Motor and battery
Like the Futa AXS, the All Road has the motor inserted in the hub and the battery inside the down tube. It’s about a FSA System HM 1.0 from 250W e 42 Nm of torque which provides smooth and natural delivery and has 5 levels of assistance. For the battery then there is a range extender optional with additional 250Wh, for even longer distances. Above 25 km/h, when assistance ceases as required by European regulations, the motor resistance is almost imperceptible and the pedaling remains snappy and fluid. Thanks to the FSA app, available for iOS and Android, you can quickly and intuitively view driving statistics, remaining battery life and charge status.
The new Ducati e-bike
The livery has hints of GP red and exposed carbon look. The monocoque fiberglass frame UD carbon stands out for technical choices oriented towardsaerodynamics, and therefore at speed, without sacrificing comfort. The compact rear stay, with lowered chainstays, makes the bike more comfortable while generating less aerodynamic resistance. The Futa All Road weighs just 12.4 kg (in size M). The bicycle is equipped with the groupset SRAM Rival eTap AXScharacterized by powerful hydraulic brakes with 160 mm discsfrom a 2×12 wireless electronic shifting precise and responsive speed and by Vision AGX 30 wheels with carbon fiber rims. The FSA K-WING AGX Carbon handlebar, designed for gravel, features sculpted contact points for improved ergonomics. Comfort and ease of riding are ensured by a 10° forward angle, so as to have a more natural position of the wrists and wider elbows, which facilitate breathing. The flared shape of the handlebar curve increases control and aerodynamics. Cable routing is fully integrated. The tires are Vittoria Terreno Dry, ideal for mixed road and gravel use. There differentiated section between the front (38 mm) and rear (35 mm) guarantees driving safety, comfort on all terrains and absorption of roughness.
Bikepacking set
To make the riding experience even more complete, Ducati Futa All Road is enriched by a bikepacking set, consisting of three bags Skuad for saddle, handlebars and frame. Made of fabric completely waterproofmaximize storage space without compromising maneuverability, with secure closures and a contoured design.
