Dubai Municipality begins a land survey in the citizens’ housing areas in Al Awir Al-Oula and Wadi Al-Amdi

In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to provide a decent life for citizens and ensure their social well-being, as a priority that tops the list of Dubai government priorities, Dubai Municipality has announced the start of land survey operations in the areas of citizens’ housing in Al Awir regions. The first and Wadi Al-Amdi to be ready for construction, with the progress of land surveys in the areas designated for the housing of citizens according to the approved schedule.

The municipality indicated that it had already completed a survey of the Mishref and Wadi Al Shabak areas in Dubai, as the lands in these two areas were ready for construction, as part of the municipality’s continuous efforts to take measures and measures that would help the emirate’s citizens obtain adequate housing, which translates the keenness of the rational leadership. And the Dubai government to provide all the data and mobilize the various capabilities that guarantee the citizen and his family a decent life, and guarantee them stability, tranquility and comfort.

His Excellency Daoud Al-Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, said that the survey and preparation of lands for citizens’ housing have already begun in the Al Awir Al-Oula and Wadi Al-Amdi areas, in coordination with a number of relevant service agencies in the emirate, noting that the survey operations are expected to be completed within six months, after which the lands will be ready. for construction.

His Excellency Al Hajri stressed the commitment of Dubai Municipality to provide all services that enable citizens to build their homes and achieve their well-being, in parallel with the municipality’s work to provide all necessary service facilities for the residents of those areas, including green spaces, which include landscaping, gardening and beautification, in order to ensure the best levels of quality of life. In these areas, in accordance with Dubai’s permanent approach to excellence, and following the best international standards in the field of urban and urban development, and in implementation of the objectives stated in the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 aimed at making Dubai the best city to live in the world.
