Al-Mansoori attributed the success of the exceptional experience of Dubai courts in facing the Corona pandemic to efforts that preceded the crisis, including the remote case registration system, the application of a remote work system for appeal and discrimination judges, the provision of access to smart systems, and the launch of the digital justice platform and the visual communication package for dealers, In addition to the “Weyak” service to respond to customer inquiries, the number of remote cases in the three courts in Dubai reached 11,520 lawsuits.
The Dubai Courts’ annual report revealed that more than 588,000 smart applications were registered during the past year, most of which were completed, while the number of registered smart applications and electronic systems reached 26,715 in the same year, and information security indicators revealed high security levels.

The center works to resolve the dispute amicably within a period of no more than one month from the date of the parties’ presence in front of the conciliator, and this period may be extended for a similar period or more by a decision of the competent judge. The dispute shall be approved by the competent judge, and the judicial fees shall be fully refunded and this agreement shall have the power of an executive document, and in the event that the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court.
The total of the settlements implemented by the Center during the past year reached 1755, achieving 73% of the cases that were referred to it, while the value of the settlements that were able to implement reached 4 billion, 136 million and 189 thousand dirhams.
