Dragon's Dogma 2 is enjoying a lot of success, but also a lot of controversy: the new Capcom title is in fact criticized for its graphics performance not exactly exciting. If you were also disappointed by the performance of the PS5 version, we have a nice surprise.
As reported by GamingBolt, in fact, it is on the way a patch that will “renew” in several respects the PS5 version of the game: will we finally see the title in its splendor? Let's see together what the patch will introduce:
Common update to PS5 and Steam version:
- Added option to start a new game when save data already exists.
- Changed the number of “Art of Metamorphosis” items available at Pawn Guilds in the game to 99.
- Make the quest that allows players to acquire their own home (where they can save and rest) available at the start of the game.
- Various text display problems.
- Various bug fixes.
Update exclusive to the PS5 version:
- Added option* to enable/disable Motion Blur in Options.
- Added option* to enable/disable Ray Tracing in Options.
- Added option to set the frame rate to a maximum of 30 fps in Options.
We'll see if these new additions will allow players to believe themselves satisfied on the technical sidean aspect that, as previously mentioned, did not fully convince.
