Bandai Namco has released a new trailer For Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero which shows the different game modes announced as present within the new action fighting game based on the famous license, which should provide a good variety of approaches and situations, including local multiplayer with split screen.
There are three main modes, but all quite substantial:
- Episode Battles
- Custom Battles
- Local Multiplayer
The first is practically a story mode, while the other two offer various possibilities for assorted clashes also in multiplayer, and in particular the third mode is a local multiplayer with shared screen.
Three modes between story and multiplayer
This is a rough subdivision into just three modes, but all three seem quite rich, as also noted in our new test of Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero.
In its almost 7 minutes, the video explains in detail what we can expect from each mode.
In Episode Battles, which traces the history of the manga/anime, we can choose a character from the 8 main ones available and interactively relive some of the iconic moments of the series, between Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super.
Custom Battles lets you create new scenarios and situationsand then stage epic clashes with elements of your choice, taking part in online multiplayer with the community from all over the world.
Finally, Local Multiplayer is essentially the offline multiplayer, i.e. split screen mode which had already emerged in recent days for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero and is therefore confirmed, limited within the “Hyperbolic Time Chamber” setting.
