Ciudad Juárez— The price of the dollar fell to 19.23 pesos on Wednesday after reaching 20 pesos last Sunday, according to data from the international Forex market.
Gabriela Siller, director of economic analysis at Grupo Financiero Base, said that the peso began the session with an appreciation of 1.81 percent or 35 cents.
“The peso started the session trading at around 19.23 pesos per dollar, with the exchange rate touching a maximum of 19.59 and a minimum of 19.21 pesos per dollar,” he posted on X.
