The announcement of an official collaboration with Konami caused fans to start speculating on a new work dedicated to the famous horror series, especially after being orphaned of the latest Silent Hills now more than six years ago. Now the denial seems to have arrived: the development house of The Medium, in fact, he announced that for the moment they are not focusing on the realization of a recently talked about project.
Directly from the official Bloober Team website, the revelation arrives not just one game, but as many as 2. Each of these is indicated with a code name and accompanied by a short description with which we can get an idea of the genre of production.
We talk about H2O, later confirmed to be Layers of Fear 2, released in 2019. Let’s find then Black, which appears to be a first-person horror adventure with a historical setting, while the third, code-named Dum Spiro it is labeled “on ice”.

Tomaz Gawlikowski, CMO of Bloober Team through an intervention clarified the situation of the two projects:
After numerous versions of Dum Spiro, we have come to the conclusion that we are currently unable to deliver the product in a form appropriate to the topic and that it is commercially viable at the same time. Basically, Dum Spiro is currently no longer in an active development phase
