Evidence of falsification of the report released by Pablo Marçal (PRTB), who accuses Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) of drug consumption, emerged shortly after its publication on Friday night, 4. Estadão had access to the National Driving License (CNH ) and a power of attorney from the doctor who allegedly signed the prescription released by Marçal, noting that the signature on the document is different from the one that appears in these official documents.
The difference in signature is just one of several inconsistencies in the report published by Marçal. This Saturday, the 6th, the Electoral Court identified signs of falsification in the document published by the influencer and ordered all profiles that published the document to remove it. The report with signs of forgery was signed by doctor José Roberto de Souza (CRM 17064-SP), who died in 2022.
The report had access to José Roberto de Souza’s cases at the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP) and obtained official documents signed by the doctor in 2019, the same year in which he allegedly treated Guilherme Boulos at a popular clinic in the Jabaquara neighborhood, in the south zone. When comparing the signatures on the official documents, it is possible to identify that they differ from the signature present in the report released by Pablo Marçal.
The documents used by Estadão to compare the signatures were the doctor’s driver’s license and a power of attorney signed by him in a case against the São Paulo State Department of Health. In 2019, Souza, then 79 years old and suffering from Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disease, filed a request for a writ of mandamus demanding that the State provide the drug Eculizumab Soliris, necessary to control his condition and prevent serious complications.
The report released by Marçal presents other signs of falsification. Boulos’s ID on the document is incorrect, with one extra digit. Furthermore, Luiz Teixeira da Silva Junior, a partner at the clinic where the PSOL candidate would have been treated, is close to Marçal and has already made at least three posts alongside the influencer on social media. Teixeira was sentenced to two years and four months in prison for falsifying documents, including a medical degree.
On the day mentioned in the medical record, January 19, 2021, Boulos made a live broadcast about vaccines and, the following day, participated in an MTST action in the Vietnam community, south of São Paulo. Furthermore, a former employee of the doctor mentioned in the report told O Globo that the signature was fake, sending a certificate to prove the difference in relation to the document released by Marçal. The signature on the certificate obtained by the newspaper is identical to the CNH and the power of attorney signed by the doctor in 2019, to which Estadão had access.
