Sinaloa.- “The displaced we are still ignored by municipal and state authorities”, assure Yadira Rodríguez, from the El Pueblito community, Concordia; Carla Rojas, from Santa Lucía, and Angélica Pérez, from El Coco, who together with their families and other displaced persons in Mazatlán they continue to suffer for health services, nurseries, schools for children and security.

They recognize that they already have a homealthough still they lack the main basic services, and although there were promises, it’s been 96 days of this government and they haven’t materialized.
The leader of the Wide Social Sinaloense Movement, Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez, reiterated that they have insisted before the authority, and even last Tuesday they held a protest in front of the municipal palace.
Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez did not attend them, “he is more busy with the theme of carnival, although he says that the party does not leave money for the City Council and surely the benefits go to other pockets.”
Gutiérrez and the displaced insist that they were taken from their homes where they had cattle and crops.
They left their villages practically with what they were wearing, and there are laws that protect them but the authorities ignore them.
They ask Ruth Díaz Uribe, Secretary of Welfare and Sustainable Development, to stop saying that she is with the displaced, “when she doesn’t even know us, she hasn’t come to talk. She says on Facebook that she is with the displaced, but only on social networks”, indicated Yadira, Carla and Angélica, who reiterate the invitation for her to come and talk with them.
Protest
Given this disinterest and lack of commitment, tomorrow there will be a rally at the Mazatlán brand, on Del Mar and Rafael Buelna avenues, at 09:00.

Then they go through the golden zone, to reiterate to the authority that they are there and make the authority aware of the situation they face. They explained that it will be a quiet demonstration.
