Discover the original route through the characters of ‘The Little Prince’ in this little town in Girona

In addition to its famous anchovies, the small and lovely town of L’Acalein the province of Gironait awaits several more attractions for anyone who visits it. And one of them has to do with the great work of Antoine de Saint Exupéry, The Little Prince.

And in several places in the town, which is in a more than recommended enclave on the banks of the Mediterranean, there are small sculptures that make up An original route for the characters of the work of the French writer born in Lyon.

The route was created in 1992 by the architect Alfred Fernández de la Reguerawho taking a walk near the beach had the inspiration to portray some of the characters. Fernández de la Reguera had been commissioned to urbanize the area through which he walked and that day visualized the prince and fox of the work.
