In 2004, researcher Dan Buettner identified five regions of the planet where people live longer and better. Known as Blue Zones, these places have certain characteristics that can help with longevity.
In addition, the research identified a “formula” for living over 100 years, called Power 9, based on these people’s habits. They are: doing physical activities, releasing stress, drinking in moderation, eating only 80% of what you need to feel satisfied, eating little meat, being spiritual, having a strong connection with the family, being sociable and having a purpose in life.

Sardinia is an island in the Mediterranean Sea and men live there longer. Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica
