Miriam Cresta, CEO of Junior Achievement Italiahighlights the crucial role of young people in shaping a sustainable future: “The new generations are intrinsically sensitive and inclined to act for the well-being of the environment. Providing them with the tools and opportunities to express themselves and actively learn is crucial. This is why we are very happy that, thanks to the collaboration with ABB, this series of podcasts was born in which young men and women are the protagonists: they are the ones who created the questions and asked them to the guests, finding an opportunity to be heard on environmental issues and, at the same time, interact with professionals, to talk about the professions of the future, with particular attention to sustainability”.
The goal of “Digital & Green” is ambitious: by 2025, the project plans to involve up to 10,000 students throughout the national territory, increasing the awareness and preparation of young generations for the challenges of the future. The planned activities are not limited to podcasts, but also include interactive workshops and other educational events that stimulate children’s interest and engagement.
