DIF Salvador Alvarado takes “Life and Health” to the elderly of the INAPAM Club

Guamúchil, Sinaloa.- Within the framework of the Day of Love and Friendship, the DIFF system Salvador Alvarado, carried out a physical activation called “Life and Health” to the members of the INAPAM Clubaction that is aimed at having a healthy life.

José Luis Romero, in charge of physical activations, stated that the main objective of this movement is to provide good health to all older adults, through a series of exercises that keep them active and healthy.

With musical rounds, the so-called “young at heart”, performed a series of movements, which in addition to coexistence turns out to be of multiple benefits for their body, making them lead a healthier life, full of energy and much happiness.

Lupita López de Camacho, president of the Salvador Alvarado DIF System, congratulated all older adults for always having that spirit that characterizes them in each of the activities they undertake.
