Considered one of the most solid couples in the medium and days after celebrating their ‘paper weddings’ in Cusco, the actors Karina Jordán and Diego Seyfarth shared a news that paralyzed their fans. The antagonist of the telenovela I’ll find you again leaves Peru to continue his professional career in Tenerife, where he will star in a police remake of the 1990s.
The artist published an emotional message on his social networks: “Saying goodbye to Mama Cocha, our wonderful Peruvian sea, which has given me so much satisfaction in recent years. We’ll see each other soon”.
In a conversation with La República, the actor commented on his short-term plans. “I am going to participate in two German films that will be filmed in Tenerife, it is a remake of a police series from the nineties. In the first, my character has just entered; but in the second film my role is already leading ”. In addition, he announced that Karina Jordán is also on the verge of leaving the country. “Karina is very close to projects in Mexico, which is the country where we would like to stay, because it has a very strong industry, or at least it is our base and alternates with Germany. It is our moment to take that step ”.

With one foot outside of Peru, the couple is determined to try new paths in Mexico, a leading country in artistic productions, but assures that this farewell will not be forever. “Our base will always be Peru. We will come and go whenever we can. The most important thing is to be flexible for any opportunity that presents itself. We are going to invest time and effort elsewhere, but we are not leaving forever “, he clarified.
The actor, who lived in Germany for many years, has a seven-year-old daughter in the European country, whom he visited whenever he could before the pandemic. “I will take the opportunity to visit my daughter who is in Germany, obviously I am going to spend a good time with her”, Seyfarth commented. On several occasions, Diego has assured that ‘they are a family of five’, since he and Karina get along very well with his daughter’s mother and her new partner.
