Díaz Ayuso’s boyfriend will complain against Sánchez in the Supreme after not attending the reconciliation

The president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, was summoned for 12.30 pm on Wednesday in the Court of First Instance number 98 of Madrid for an act of conciliation with Alberto González Amador -the boyfriend of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso- but has not appeared, so the businessman’s lawyers will present the complaint announced by calling him “confessed criminal,” according to Europa Press.

In the decree that was set day and time for conciliation, it was specified that it was an act “prior to a complaint for alleged insults and slander”, so, if there was no agreement, González Amador could go to the criminal process.

The sources consulted advance that it will do so, presenting that complaint against Sánchez in the Supreme Court (TS), which is the competent judicial headquarters because it is the president of the Government.

The Court already warned that, if the applicant part did not appear, it would be for withdrawal and the file would be filed; While, if the required part did not attend, the conciliation would be considered “attempted to all legal purposes.”

Finally, as usual in this type of acts, no one has come on behalf of Sánchez, while González Amador was represented by means of a lawyer. It should be remembered that it was not mandatory for either of them to go personally.

González Amador considers that the statements made by the President of the Government pose a “violation of the most elementary duties of respect and protection of the fundamental rights of a Spanish citizen,” according to the aforementioned sources. Therefore, he asked Sanchez to compensate him with 100,000 euros.

The statements in question occurred on October 17 after the imputation of the State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, was made public, for the alleged commission of a crime of revelation of secrets against González Amador.

“Probably, the news we met yesterday allows us to remember the origin of all this, which is that the chief of cabinet of the president of the Community of Madrid, a couple of a criminal confessed, gives rise to a bullet,” said the president then of the government.

It should be remembered that González Amador also located a conciliation to the Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, who did not attend either. The businessman ended up submitting a lawsuit against her for violation of the right to honor that the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court has admitted for processing.
