It’s been just under a month since it was released Diablo II: Resurrected for all current platforms. In its early days, players of Xbox they started to report connection problems, but the game seemed to work fine on the other consoles. Well, that was not the case and these problems have escalated so much that users are already demanding refunds.
Specifically, the players of Diablo II on United States, United Kingdom and Asia They have been suffering from constant disconnections, while Blizzard has failed to offer a definitive answer. Via Twitter, the official support account of Blizzard it only gives generic answers that don’t really provide a solution.

In the wake of all these problems, people have already started requesting game refunds through sites like Reddit and his own Twitter.
“The game is unplayable during the hours that I am available. Soon, I’ll be doing other things with my time. I have not been able to use the product that I bought. “
It seems that Blizzard has not responded to these requests for refunds, but if the situation does not improve in the short term, things are sure to get very ugly for these developers.
Editor’s note: Have you seen why it is important that games do not require constant internet connection? I understand why Diablo II It does, however, if you want to play on your own there should be no reason why the title requires you to be online.
