A sixth-grader who fired a “Saiga” carbine at a school near Perm could enter the educational institution while the guard was changing clothes. On October 18, an employee of a private security company (PSC), providing security at the school, told about this.
According to her, the shot was fired before the shift took over. She mistook the first shot for cotton. It sounded in the interval from 08.00 to 09.10.
“I changed my clothes, then changed the watchman, and at five (eight – ed.) I started checking,” said an employee of the private security company. As she explained, after the first shot, she did not even think that someone had brought a gun to school, since no one with a weapon passed by her.
When the children began to run out of the left wing, the guard pressed the “panic” button.
The Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin instructed to check the actions of the guards.
