The details of an accident with a car that went under the ice in Ugra, as a result of which a woman and a child died, have become known. RIA News.
The driver of the car in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug did not have a driver’s license, his car was not registered. The car went under the ice with nine people. A pregnant woman and a five-month-old baby were killed. A 6-year-old girl is in a coma. The drowned have not yet been found.
A criminal case was initiated under article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Causing death by negligence to two persons.”
Earlier it was reported that the car, in the cabin of which there were people, went under the ice on the river in the Berezovsky district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Prior to that, the SK opened a case after a car with children fell under the ice in Yakutia. As a result of the incident, a five-year-old boy was killed.
