But, for one reason or another, traffic on the track prevented a 'clean lap' from being achieved and hardly anything changed in the classification, with Fernández, Roulstone, Esteban and the Italian Luca Lunetta (Honda) progressing to second classification. instead of the British Whatley.
José Antonio Rueda was the first leader in the second classification (2:15.063), supported by his compatriots Adrián Fernández and Ángel Piqueras (Honda), whose fastest lap was canceled for exceeding the limits of the circuit.

This is how Jakob Roulstone beat David Alonso's record, who returned the action moments later to regain first place with 2:14.661 and still with the option of making one last trip to the workshops to change the rear tire again.
Alonso was the absolute dominator of all the training sessions, although on this occasion he did not beat the circuit record that he himself established in the morning at 2:14.153, ahead of Rueda and Holgado, who will accompany him on the front line.
