Dacia and Udinese Calcio confirmed the partnership also for the season 2022/23: a relationship that has lasted for over 13 years. The Friulian team has been permanently in Serie A since the 1995/1996 season, thus achieving its objectives year after year; and Dacia is also making constant performance one of its key factors.
“Dacia and Udinese give life to one of the most important partnerships ever between a car manufacturer and a football club“, Reads a note from the manufacturer belonging to the Renault group. In addition to this common value, that of long-term planning, so to speak, and of trust year after year, there is also that of environmental sustainability. For the 2022/23 season, Udinese Calcio has unveiled the new ‘Home’ kit which is presented in the traditional black and white vertical stripe configuration. Strongly recalling the first shirt of the 1997-1998 seasonthe new uniform proves to be in step with the times as it is made of Eco-Fabric fabric, a 100% polyester recycled from PET.
The shirt, produced by Macron, confirms the Friulian company’s commitment to the environment. This sensitivity is not new for the Juventus club that has already boasted a stadium for some time, the Dacia Arena, conceived in the canons of respect for the environment and today among the first stadiums in Italy with reduced impact as regards the supply of electricity and methane gas.
“Dacia is characterized by being the brand with the best value for money, able to constantly redefine the essential, and the theme of eco-sustainability is becoming more and more current. Dacia is a brand that we can define as Eco-smart, with the proposal of a complete, economical and ecological offer, ranging from hybrid petrol-LPG engines, to the full-electric offer and shortly to the petrol-electric hybrid. Furthermore, the use of recycled materials is foreseen both for the components of future models and for the interior furnishings of the showrooms of the dealer network. This approach is also reflected in the choice of our partners, as in the case of the now historic Udinese Calcio sponsorship. The Friulian club, in fact, is among the most innovative and eco-friendly on the Italian football scene»Declared Rosa Sangiovanni, marketing director of Dacia Italia.
