Sangiuliano, storm over nominations
Controversy is mounting over the latest appointments signed by Sangiuliano before resigning as Minister of Culture.
“Minister Giuli should come quickly to Parliament to present the programmatic lines of the Ministry of Culture’s action. Administrative action cannot be interrupted, there is no time to waste. On that occasion, Giuli will also have to clarify the content of some decrees signed in a hurry by his predecessor shortly before resigning as minister. Suspicious acts, yet another slap in the face to the regular institutional process by Sangiuliano, on which it is essential to have clarifications on the merits. For what reasons did former minister Sangiuliano sign several fundamental appointments for the allocation of cinema funds before resigning? To whom were those appointments promised?”.
Thus in a note the Pd members of the Commission and Culture of the Chamber. “The new minister – they continue – will also have to clarify the contracts of the organization of the G7 culture given the less than transparent management of all the logistical and organizational aspects that also involve some advisors of the cabinet of the Mic. A political aspect cannot remain silent – conclude the Democrats – when it comes to issuing measures that serve workers such as the entertainment code the government has always postponed, when instead it has been a question of occupying positions there have been blitzes and institutional breaches”, add the Democrats.
Boccia, is Docimo’s CV suitable for the position?
Maria Rosaria Boccia jokes on Instagram about the curriculum vitae of the Maxxi board of directors, Raffaella Docimo, who will have to lead the foundation while awaiting the appointment of the next president, in place of Alessandro Giuli appointed Minister of Culture. “This CV also seems suitable for the position…” writes the Campanian entrepreneur referring to Dagospia in an article entitled Maxxi Amari, writes: ‘The right’s sense for culture: a dentist at the Maxxi’ in which she reports that Docimo “was a candidate with Fdi in the last European elections, at the request of Arianna Meloni” and in which it is stated that it was “her who brought the minister and Boccia together “in one of her electoral events in Naples, in May 2023”. In the story on Instagram, the entrepreneur from Pompei also relaunches an article on Sangiuliano’s nominations at the Mic and in particular for the “selective” Commission that will have to decide which films to finance with public funds.
