“Butterfly” is the most New single the Cuban singer Frank Veliz, who thanks to his long career has had the opportunity to share the stage with figures such as Óscar de León, Grupo Niche, Orquesta Guayacán and many more, including the great star Celia Cruz. The aforementioned song is part of his album “Beyond Words”.
Cuban rhythms, such as timba, salsa, pop rock and ballads, are part of what Frank Veliz gives his fans through each of his songs.
“I am interested in understanding that man is man’s brother, that love creates and makes happy, that jealousy, hatred and laziness destroy man, that life is an instant that must be lived intensely. I believe that joy is the best remedy for the soul and that is why I chose those genres that allow me that feeling of happiness”, commented the also composer, about his new single, available on digital music platforms.
His most recent album entitled “Beyond words” contains eight songs, including “Butterfly”a pop ballad that speaks of love, freedom and transforming memories into hopes, of reunion.
“It is a song of my authorship, the musical arrangement was made by the Cuban Edgar Vero, the sound engineering was carried out by Yainer Horta and the producers of the song are Edgar Vero and a server”.
Frank Veliz was born in Cuba. When he was six years old, his father noticed the talent he showed, so he did not hesitate to teach him songs from the Mexican Regional, which means that his beginnings were through the rancheras.
At the age of 16, he joined the “Condado” orchestra of Santa Clara, one of the most important at the time in the central territory of Cuba, with which he toured different national and international stages with great public acceptance. “I had the opportunity to experience my first international tour of Spain,” she mentioned.
In 2006 he worked on his first album, where he compiled compositions of his own authorship. “I worked for Telemundo and Univisión in different entertainment programs in the city of Miami. I was part of the orchestra of ‘Bongos’, the famous restaurant of producer Emilio Estefan and singer Gloria Estefan. I created my own show, where I worked in various places of the city”.
At the moment, has to his credit around 40 songs, the most outstanding are located in his four record productions: “Crossroads”, “Pass It”, “Follow the Path Ahead” and “Beyond Words”.
