The measures contemplated by ‘Phase 2’ allow 30% of capacity inside bingo halls, casinos and gaming establishments, something that the regional coordinator of the party, Ana Martínez Vidal, regrets, who stands next to the opinion of others politicians, such as the mayor of Lorca
Ciudadanos considers an incongruity to allow the opening of gaming halls in the Region of Murcia while the hospitality industry has to close again. The regional coordinator of Citizens, Ana Martínez Vidal, stood next to the mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, who also regretted this situation this Monday. Vidal indicates that “not all sectors are being treated equally when taking measures that discriminate between hospitality and gaming halls.”
The measures contemplated in ‘Phase 2’ allow 30% of capacity inside bingo halls, casinos and gambling venues, while hotels and restaurants see their activity suspended both indoors and outdoors, despite the measures that applied the sector. “From Ciudadanos we do not understand why in some places the activity and interaction of people indoors is allowed, and in others not, leaving them out of the game”, adds the Secretary of Communication, Juan José Molina. For this reason, liberal training calls for the same restrictions to be applied to gambling halls as to the hotel industry.
