In Amsterdam, the municipality estimated that about 15,000 people gathered on Dam Square. According to a spokesperson for one of the organizers of the statement of support in the capital, the entire Dam was full, and there were also people in adjacent streets. The organization speaks of a fantastic turnout. “It was a very impressive, tough, but also encouraging day,” said the spokesperson for the co-organizer of the MiGreat foundation.
Large groups of people also gathered in other parts of the world to speak out against Putin’s misdeeds.
