Cross country skiing Johanna Matintalo was the fastest in the women’s time trial, Lauri Vuorinen, Ville Ahonen and Iivo Niskanen continued to ski in the Oberstdorf sprint.

All Finnish women Johanna Matintalo, Anne Kyllönen, Krista Pärmäkoski and Kerttu Niskanen have survived the time trial of the traditional skiing tour of the Tour de Ski to the relegation races in Oberstdorf, Germany.

Matintalo was the fastest in time trial before Sweden Johanna Hagström and Slovenia Anamarija Lampicia.

Touring the United States Jessie Diggins was the seventh.

Kyllönen was eighth in the time trial, Pärmäkoski 16th and Niskanen 19th in the overall competition.

Finland male skiers Lauri Vuorinen, Ville Ahonen and Iivo Niskanen skied on the Tour de Skin traditional skiing sprint time trial in Oberstdorf, Germany. Vuorinen was 12th, Ahonen 14th and Niskanen 29th.

Perttu Hyvärinen and Remi Lindholm fell from the sequel.

Leading the Tour de Ski in Norway Johannes Hösflot Kläbo was the fastest time trial before Russia Alexander Terentev and Norway Erik Valnesia.

The downhill starts at 1 pm Finnish time.
