The story between Juventus and Cristiano Ronaldo ends badly. On the pitch their paths separated in August 2021, after the Portuguese star's decision to leave the Bianconeri to go and play for Manchester United, but now there is a ruling from the Arbitration Panel that turns back the clock and above all to reopen a painful wound. The judges, in fact, accepted CR7's request to obtain the money linked to the salaries “suspended” due to Covid: thus the club will have to pay the sum of 9,774,166.66 euros “with the revaluation from the day of the amount due and legal interest from the request to the balance on the annually revalued sum”. The court recognized contributory negligence between the parties, however, and the sum initially requested by the player was 19.5 million euros.
