Police caught a bus passenger in Raisio on Saturday afternoon who had threatened to detonate a hand grenade inside the car, report Southwest Finland Police Department.
At 1:33 p.m., the police received a report via the emergency center that the passenger had threatened the lives of other passengers.
According to preliminary information, the passenger had an explosive in his hand and possibly also a handgun.
The police according to which the suspect had boarded the bus earlier. He had gotten up from his seat in the middle of the journey and demanded that the doors of the bus must not be opened and no one can leave or he will detonate a hand grenade.
As a result, the bus driver had stopped the car and opened the doors. About 20 passengers on the bus were able to get out, and none of them were injured in the situation.
