Following theextinction of the executive procedure of the lawyer Carlo Taormina, the villa, where the crime of Cogne, will remain the property of Franzoni. The judge of the court of Aosta, Paolo De Paola, declared the lawyer’s procedure extinct. Taormina and the Franzoni family would come to an agreement.

After the suspension of the real estate execution by the Lorenzi spouses, the house ended up at auction with a minimum bid of 626,475 euros. Annamaria Franzoni, with respect to a civil sentence that has become final in Bologna, owes her ex lawyer Carlo Taormina ben 275 thousand euros. The reason is a failure payment defensive fees. for which this sum has subsequently become approx 450 thousand euros in the act of attachment.
