It is important that you know that you can also review the report, even if you have the right to apply for free once a year. It is necessary that you review your report, to know your details and movements, so that you can follow up on your debts and maintain healthy finances.

To consult your Credit Report, you only have to access the site burodecredito.com.mx and select “Special Credit Report”. It is necessary that you provide your data, to obtain the document with your information.
How can you review and understand each part of your history?
- General data: At this point your personal data should come, such as name, date of birth, addresses, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)as well as the date and folio in which your query was registered. The date on which you entered the Bureau is also integrated.
- Posts: This space will indicate if you have any inconsistencies in your data that you need to clarify as soon as possible.
- Credits summary: The credits to which you have had access are listed, the name of the institution that granted it to you and whether it is a bank or not. It can be a bank, a finance company, a telephone or pay television company.
Next to each credit there is an icon that indicates its behavior: a dove with a green background if the account is currentan clock on yellow background, if you have a payment delay of 1 to 89 days; and a exclamation mark with red background, it means that you have more than 90 days without making the payment or it is an unrecovered debt. To get up to date with your payments and to update this information, you need to approach the institutions that report to you or if you do not agree with the information, you can initiate a clarification.
Keep in mind that even if you’ve paid off credit card debt, this account will not disappear from history immediatelyinstead, it will be classified as “closed” and will remain part of your credit history.
- Credit Detail: Here you can see the name of the institution that granted you the line of credit and its characteristics, in addition to the account number, the date of opening, closing and last payment made, also the credit limit, current balance and minimum amount to pay.
- Payment history: This information is delivered directly by those who granted the credit and contains a summary up to 25 months, on the behavior of your payments. Each box shows a number (from 1 to 9), which indicates how you fulfilled your payment.
The number 1 indicates that the account is current, the 2 that you have a delay of 1 to 29 days; 3, a delay of 30 1 59 days; on the 4th, a delay of 60 to 89 days. Numbers 5, 6 and 7 denote a delay of more than 100 days and up to 12 months. While the number 9 can mean a delay of more than 12 months, which has partial or total debt without recovering; or that the consumer has committed fraud. In addition, it is presented with various legends, the condition of the debt, if it is in dispute, has already been closed, is up to date, inactive or fraudulent, among others.

- Details of queries: This section will show you the credit grantors who have consulted your credit history for the past 24 months, the date they did it, address and phone number. It should be noted that this information can only be reviewed with your authorization, so if you do not agree with any record, you can claim before the Credit Bureau.
