In the last 24 hours, 193,183 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic, with a positive rate of 9.4%, down from 9.9% yesterday. Hospital patients with symptoms decreased, 210 fewer from yesterday for a total of 5,348, and people in intensive care, 2 fewer from yesterday for a total of 250. Since yesterday 35,927 people have recovered.

LAZIO – There are 2,289 new covid infections in Lazio according to today’s bulletin, May 28th. There are also another 5 deaths. There are 1,371 new cases in Rome. “Today in Lazio, out of 4,041 molecular swabs and 14,244 antigenic swabs for a total of 18,265 swabs, 2,289 new positive cases are recorded (-152); there are 5 deaths (-1), 594 hospitalized (-11), 37 intensive care (stable) and +5,767 people recovered. The ratio between positives and swabs is 12.5% ”, reports the regional councilor for health, Alessio D’Amato, in the daily bulletin on the trend of Covid-19.

In the provinces there are 465 new cases. Asl di Frosinone: 135 new cases and 0 deaths; ASL of Latina: 209 new cases and 0 deaths; Asl di Rieti: 43 new cases and 0 deaths; Asl di Viterbo: there are 78 new cases and 0 deaths.
VENETO – There are 1,389 new coronavirus infections today 28 May in Veneto, according to data from the latest covid-19 bulletin. There are another 3 deaths, considering the difference between the total indicated yesterday by the Ministry of Health and that present in the bulletin released today by the region. The number of new Covid cases registered in the region in the last 24 hours in the last 24 hours therefore falls by over a hundred: yesterday they were 1,455. The total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic rises to 1,750,741, those of deaths to 14,687. The number of current positives also decreases: 29,772 against 30,901 yesterday (-1,129), and of patients in medical departments now 570 (-19) and intensive care now 32 (-2).
TUSCANY – In Tuscany there are 1,103 new covid infections according to today’s bulletin, May 28th. There are also 3 other deaths. 265 cases confirmed with molecular swab and 838 by rapid antigen test recorded in the last 24 hours, which bring the total to 1,148,566 since the beginning of the Coronavirus health emergency. New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grow by 0.1% and reach 1,109,256 (96.6% of total cases). Today 1,461 molecular swabs and 8,698 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 10.9% were positive. On the other hand, 1,789 subjects tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 61.7% were positive. The current positives are today 29,234, -1.7% compared to yesterday. There are 319 hospitalized (23 fewer than yesterday), of which 17 in intensive care (1 more). Today there are 3 new deaths: a man and 2 women with an average age of 79.
