All new inaugurations concern acquisitions and renovations of existing buildings, because it is no longer possible to build from ‘scratch’. This preserves nature and spaces, a reason for attraction for tourists, and is also a reason why real estate values skyrocket, given that the buildings on the market are limited in number. Furthermore, the restoration of the buildings must pass the scrutiny of a ‘committee of six architects’ who analyze all the proposals of the consortium members so that they are consistent with the ultimate goal of this area which extends for 2,300 hectares, namely to develop social and economic benefits. for the territory and carry out a project with a low environmental impact, avoiding mass tourism “.
