Madrid vaccinates those over 25 years of age from today
The Community of Madrid begins this Saturday to vaccinate against the coronavirus at the points enabled in the region to young people ages 25 to 29 who have not yet received a dose. The self-appointment for this segment of the population began on Friday through the web application of the Community of Madrid (autocitavacuna.sanidadmadrid.org/ohcitacovid/ /), also accessible from the Virtual Health Card.
Those over 16 years of age can request the self-appointment through the web application from Monday, July 12 and go from the next day, Tuesday 13, to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, so that from next week the vaccination will be available to the entire target population.
LSelf-appointment allows you to choose between 42 vaccination points: 29 public hospitals (including Nurse Isabel Zendal), eight centralized Primary Care points, the Wizink Center, the Wanda Metropolitano and the authorized points of the companies of El Corte Inglés, the Santander Foundation and Acciona.
In addition, the region will add facilities of two companies to the vaccination campaign, specifically Iberia Europ-Assistance and Santalucía, with the anticipation that the self-appointment option will open on Friday, July 16 and that on Monday, July 19, start injecting doses there.
On the other hand, All health centers will also offer appointments by phone to vaccinate those over 30 years old and from next Friday also from 16 years old.
