The health crisis has not been easy for the National Education. With the schools closing, teachers have been forced to find other ways to keep students from dropping out. In order to ensure continuity in education, they learned to innovate. It is these approaches that are highlighted in the magazine We Demain. One of the journalists, Armelle Oger, recalls that this educational follow-up was carried out when “digital tools are not suitable, teachers are not trained and neither are the students”.
If this period of confinement was very hard for teaching in France, it also allowed several teachers to question themselves. They came out with new ways to learn to young people, a new vision of education. Armelle Oger also highlights the evolution of relations between parents of students and teachers, each further identifying the role of the other.
