In addition, there will be flexibilities in the City’s businesses. “Also, starting this weekend, we are going to expand the maximum capacity in all businesses: they will go from one person every 15m2 to one every 10m2,” said the head of government.
Larreta also made announcements about the winter holidays. “Over the next two weeks, the City’s neighborhoods are going to be filled with more than 500 activities, all with a sustainable stamp such as live shows, sports, outdoor classes, games in the squares and different workshops, “he explained.
In this context, he demanded commitment from those who attend those activities. “I ask families to comply with the protocols of each activity to which they take their children. One by one, the new flexibilities
Gastronomy: Bars and restaurants may open one more hour, until midnight. But in addition, they will be able to receive clients in their rooms with an occupancy of up to 50%, when until now the limit was 30%.
On the other hand, each table can be occupied by up to 6 people inside the premises and by 8 in the outdoor spaces.
Shows: The other announcement refers to cinemas and theaters, which will also be able to increase their maximum capacity to 50%.
The closing time will also be midnight. This will allow adding a function, in the case of theatrical halls.
Shops: The other flexibility benefits shops and shopping malls, which until this Friday could receive one person every 15 square meters. From this Saturday, they will be able to serve one person every 10 m2. This will allow more customers at the same time in stores and shopping centers.
The complaint by Bolivia is “a political attack”
After the announcement of the new measures, it was time for questions and, among other things, Rodríguez Larreta was consulted about the complaint that the Government made against former President Mauricio Macri, former Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, and other officials for the alleged irregular shipment of riot gear to Bolivia.
The Buenos Aires head of government considered “worrying” that the complaint is used as “a political attack” and “just at the beginning of the campaign” for the PASO.
