GLASGOW (Reuters) – British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said it was important to guard against false hopes at the United Nations climate conference in Glasgow, but some progress was made during the days of the event.
“We must be careful to avoid false hopes and not think in any way that the work is done, because it isn’t – there is still a long way to go,” Johnson said at a news conference.
“But with all that has been said, I’m cautiously optimistic.”
