Construction, councilor Maran: “Working on large condominiums for important social results”

“Within a framework of priorities, working on large private and public condominiums in metropolitan areas provides very important environmental results and even more important social results. Above all, there is a need for a public support structure that helps towards this result and which produces benefits in both situations”. This was said by the councilor Casa Piano Quartieri – Municipality of Milan, Pierfrancesco Maran, from the stage of the “General States of digital engineering”, the event organized by the Order of Engineers of the Province of Milan with the aim of analyzing the present and define a clear roadmap for urban innovation. According to the councilor, “Italy must also make choices from an efficiency perspective. It would be interesting to give a different perspective to the Class A second home system in a country that has around 9-10 million abandoned or semi-abandoned homes.”
