By law, the twelve official candidates for the French presidential elections have had to present their declarations of assets and interests before the French Constitutional Council in order to participate in the April elections, in an exercise of transparency towards voters.
The Republican candidate, Valérie Pécresse, is the richest of the presidential candidates, with a net worth of 9.7 million euros.
