According to data published by Visma on Tuesday, its turnover in Finland increased by six per cent to EUR 287.7 million last year and EBITDA by five per cent to EUR 89.4 million. The figures published by the company are pro forma figures.

The strong growth of Visma’s SaaS software business offsets the declining share of software licenses in revenue. Orders in the SaaS business increased by 17 percent.

Last year, Visma’s saas business was also strongly boosted by the number of acquisitions it made in Finland.

The company says it is actively seeking new acquisitions that would support and expand its existing business.

Visma in Finland consists of several small and medium-sized companies. It has more than 1,700 employees in Finland.
