The district court declared Uros bankrupt in February. Bankruptcy is demanded by the state special finance company Finnvera, the employment pension insurance company Ilmarinen and the banks Nordea and Oulun Osuuspankki. The male opposed the bankruptcy application.

According to the District Court, Uros has debts of at least almost EUR 13.5 million and cash of approximately EUR 14,000.
