Combined Finland won the World Cup gold in the combined team competition

Finland was sixth in the hill section and reached the top of the 4×5-kilometer cross-country in a minute and 15 seconds behind Norway.

Karhumaa narrowed the gap to 16 seconds with the opening leg and brought Finland to the second exchange. The knowledgeable skier caught Norway, Meriläinen held the Finnish strike positions and Reponen, who was marinated in the World Cup, brought the team to the finish line.

Finland finally left Norway, which had reached silver, 6.5 seconds away. Austria took the bronze 50.8 seconds behind Finland.
