Guamúchil, Sinaloa.- The Women Creating Sinaloa Collectives pay homage to Amparo Ochoa in Guamúchil, with a visual art gallery by 10 talented women from Sinaloa, an exhibition that will be present for several days.
The City Council of Salvador Alvarado through the Municipal Institute of Culture in coordination with the group of Mujeres Creando Sinaloa presented a colorful exhibition “Voice of Freedom” in homage to the singer Amparo Ochoa.
The inauguration of the visual art gallery was carried out with the cutting of the ribbon, being in charge of the director of Culture Romel Omar Báez Lugo, by the director of the Regional Museum Francisco Tavizón López, with the director of visual arts, Martha Romero among others.
Romel Báez, director of the Municipal Institute of Culture was in charge of welcoming the exhibitors and attendees to the inauguration where he said he was very flattered to have this visual gallery of this group, which he stressed that it will be of great benefit and inspiration for young people and adults, for their inspirations and highlighted that he invites the Alvaradense society to enjoy this tribute to the singer Amparo Ochoa.
Martha Romero, director of the visual arts department of the Women Creating Sinaloa Collective, expressed feeling very amazed at being in the museum “she invited all the people to come and take care of and appreciate this exhibition.” For his part, he commented that this group was born through a dream, which has become a reality, since it has grown quite a bit and that it has around 300 artists from all over the state of Sinaloa, and he invited all those women who feel the cultural concern to join this Collective.
The exhibitors of this Collective who were present at the opening of the visual gallery at the Regional Museum of Évora in Guamúchil were: Martha Romero, Cristina Santillán, Inés Arce, Isaura Lizárraga and Karen Yanes.

Who delighted the tribute to Amparo Ochoa was the artist Thalía Santa Rosa with a pleasant presentation of songs by the honoree, which made the walls of the museum tremble with her unique voice.
